General
We value all of our client’s time and do not want our day to be backed up, so if you arrive late to appointment we may have to reschedule you if there is not enough time to complete the service you booked. Please respect the decision if we cannot accommodate your service. Some appointments may be able to be modified to maximize your remaining time, without compromising the next appointment. You will be charged in full. Services are already performed are not refundable.
Children
We cannot allow children to accompany their parents to the treatment. It is a liability for us for many reasons and we want you and our other guests to enjoy your services with no liability. We appreciate your support in this matter!
Dressing down
For body treatments, ideally you disrobe completely (that means underwear, too). We use towels to cover yourself during body treatments (like scrubs)—they don’t cover much, but enough to provide a modicum of modesty. You should undress only to your level of comfort, though.
Gratuity
Your tip should reflect your experience! In general we recommend 15% but feel free to tip if your service exceeded your expectations!
Cancellation / Rescheduling
Please call or email us 48-hours prior to a cancellation or change of an appointment time. It will give us a chance to fill that appointment and maintain our great pricing and policies. We do require at least 48 hours notice for all cancellations. Any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
Gift Card / Service Deposit / Package
Gift card is for purchasing SPA services only. Gift card or E-receipt must be presented at the time of treatment (limit one per treatment) and cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash. Gift card cannot be combined with FY member discount or any other promotions.
Service deposit (Service Package) cannot be refunded, returned or redeemed for cash. Service deposit (Service Package) is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
